I live at the Riverest Waterfront Resort on the beautiful Dora Canal. The canal links Lake Dora to Lake Eustis… and I am happy to be living there. I love it here. Check them out, they have low cost housing to enter the retirement life in Florida…I did!

I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer and also a retired campground owner of Pine Lane Campground. I’ve been retired since 2010 and have been living here full-time since June 2015.

I am a member of the Erie Blue Knights LEMC and also a Patriot Guard Rider and an American Legion Rider. I fish for bass as often as I can and also play shuffleboard at Leesburg Shuffleboard Club. I am also a member of the Tavares Shuffleboard Club.
